Rolling out an AI assistant to a whole team turns a $20 decision into a $2,400 one. This page prices the common options for a 10-person company, for a full year, on both yearly and monthly billing.

Quick answer: if your team needs SSO, SCIM and role-based access, OpenAssistant Team is worth considering among the executive assistants ($100 per user a month billed yearly, $12,000 a year for 10 people). Town Team and Lindy are cheaper if you do not need those controls.

Lindy pricing check: The pricing page shows a $49.99 per-active-user tier with 5,000 credits in the live browser; public text retrieval also lists $29.99 for 3,000 credits. Confirm available tiers at signup. Cost examples retain their stated credit bundle.

Team AI chat assistants

Product and plan Per seat, yearly billing 10 seats, 1 year (yearly billing) Per seat, monthly billing 10 seats, 12 months (monthly billing) Source
Google Workspace Business Starter (Gemini in Gmail, basic Gemini app) $7.00 $840 $8.40 $1,008 Workspace
Google Workspace Business Standard (Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Meet) $14.00 $1,680 $16.80 $2,016 Workspace
ChatGPT Business, Standard seat $20 $2,400 $25 $3,000 chatgpt.com
Claude Team, Standard seat $20 $2,400 $25 $3,000 claude.com
Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot $23.50 $2,820 $28.20 $3,384 Microsoft
The X Subscription Teams (from Premium) not shown not shown from $30 $3,600 x.ai
ChatGPT Business, Premium seat $100 $12,000 $125 $15,000 chatgpt.com
Claude Team, Premium seat $100 $12,000 $125 $15,000 claude.com

Math example: ChatGPT Business Standard, yearly: 10 × $20 × 12 = $2,400. Monthly: 10 × $25 × 12 = $3,000.

Read this table with care. The Google and Microsoft plans include email, file storage and office apps. If you already pay for those, compare the add-on instead:

Add-on to an existing plan Per seat, yearly 10 seats, 1 year Per seat, monthly 10 seats, 12 months Source
Microsoft 365 Copilot Business add-on (promo, first year) $18.00 $2,160 $25.20 $3,024 Microsoft
Same add-on at its regular price $21.00 $2,520 $25.20 $3,024 Microsoft

The add-on needs an eligible Microsoft 365 Business plan. The $18 price runs for the first year only, on offers from July 1 to December 31, 2026.

Not an option at 10 seats: Claude Enterprise has a 20-seat minimum ($20 per seat, yearly, plus usage at API rates), so the smallest bill is 20 × $20 × 12 = $4,800 a year before usage (claude.com).

AI executive assistants for the team

These act on email and calendars, not only in chat.

Product and plan Per seat, yearly 10 seats, 1 year Per seat, monthly 10 seats, 12 months Source
Lindy Team (5,000 credits per user, pooled) not shown not shown $49.99 $5,998.80 lindy.ai
Town Team (6,000 pooled credits per seat) $59 $7,080 $71 $8,520 town.com
OpenAssistant Pro (ours, 5,000-credit tier) $60 $7,200 $72 $8,640 openassistant.us
OpenAssistant Team (ours, 5,000-credit tier) $100 $12,000 $120 $14,400 openassistant.us
Town Team Plus (18,000 pooled credits per seat) $149 $17,880 $179 $21,480 town.com

OpenAssistant (ours): both paid plans are priced per user per month. Team is $120, or $100 billed yearly, and adds SSO, SCIM, role-based access and pooled team credits to Pro. Math: 10 × $100 × 12 = $12,000 a year on yearly billing; 10 × $120 × 12 = $14,400 on monthly billing. Pro, without the admin features, is 10 × $60 × 12 = $7,200 a year.

For 10 people, OpenAssistant Team costs more than Town Team ($7,080) and Lindy Team ($5,998.80). Even OpenAssistant Pro ($7,200) costs slightly more than Town Team. If you don’t need SSO and SCIM, Town Team or Lindy is the cheaper team rollout on list price. If you do, OpenAssistant Team lists SSO, SCIM, role-based access and pooled team credits, and Pro is the lighter option for small teams.

Common add-ons teams buy alongside

Product and plan 10 seats, 1 year, yearly billing 10 seats, 12 months, monthly billing Source
Fathom Team (meeting notes, 2-user minimum) $1,800 (10 × $15 × 12) $2,280 (10 × $19 × 12) fathom.ai
Fireflies Business (meeting notes) $2,280 (10 × $19 × 12) $3,480 (10 × $29 × 12) fireflies.ai
Superhuman Business (email) $3,960 (10 × $33 × 12) $4,800 (10 × $40 × 12) superhuman.com
Fyxer Team (email, pooled credits) $7,680 (10 × $64 × 12) $11,880 (10 × $99 × 12) fyxer.com

Fyxer says teams of 10 or more can ask for a volume quote. Superhuman’s page says “15% off for teams of 5+” on Business yearly and “Discount for 5+ accounts” on monthly; it does not say whether the shown prices already include that discount, so both Superhuman totals may be high.

What a typical stack costs

Assumption 4: a 10-person company on Google Workspace that adds a chat assistant and a note-taker for everyone, all on yearly billing.

Item Cost for 1 year
Google Workspace Business Standard (includes Gemini) $1,680
ChatGPT Business Standard $2,400
Fathom Team $1,800
Total $5,880

Per person: $5,880 ÷ 10 = $588 a year, or $49 a month.

Dropping ChatGPT and relying on the Gemini already in Workspace saves $2,400 and brings it to $3,480 ($348 per person). Whether Gemini alone is enough depends on your tasks, which a price list cannot show.
